Andreas Norberg, founder of Nordic Soccer, was born and raised in Kil, Sweden—a small town of 10,000 people. A lifelong soccer enthusiast, Andreas grew up idolizing Zlatan Ibrahimović, Sweden’s soccer legend, and never missed a Zlatan game, from his Juventus years to his time in LA. Alongside his admiration for Zlatan, Andreas is a devoted Chelsea fan and follows every match with unwavering passion.

Before moving to the U.S., Andreas worked in Sweden’s school system for several years, where he discovered a natural talent for working with children. Even as a young boy, he would spend school work-training days assisting teachers, finding joy in connecting with kids and helping them grow.

After relocating to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the film industry, Andreas realized his true calling lay elsewhere. Combining his love for soccer, his passion for working with children, and his deep connection to LA’s community, he launched Nordic Soccer in 2020. Today, the program has grown to serve over 500 participants across multiple schools, and under Andreas’ leadership, it continues to expand rapidly.
